PastaMania Review (Bugis Junction)
PastaMania at Bugis Junction is located at the basement of the mall, near to KFC. It has a seating capacity of around 30 to 40 person.
We made a reservation through Eatigo for a Sunday afternoon slot with 50% OFF. There was no queue when we arrived at 4pm but the restaurant was surprisingly full. It took about 5 minutes for a pair of customers to leave and we were ushered in shortly by the crew.
As we were familiar with PastaMania and had patronised several of its stores over the years, we decided on our items pretty quickly. We ordered the Thai Red Curry Seafood Pasta ($12.90) and Salted Egg Chicken Pasta ($12.90). It didn’t take longer before the items were served.
The pasta we had was perfectly cooked, its flavours were strong and ingredients used were fresh. Especially for the seafood pasta, the prawns and squids used were non-frozen produce. Comparing our experience dining at PastaMania over the years, we find the quality of its food at Bugis Junction one of the best in its chain (Tip: We suggest avoiding its City Square Mall branch).
In all, for PastaMania Bugis Junction, we give its quality of food 4/5, its value-for-money a 4/5 with Eatigo’s discount (but 2.5/5 without discount), and its service 4/5.
