Introduction to CDC Vouchers 2026 (Jan)
The CDC Vouchers scheme was first introduced in June 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic to help lower-income Singaporean households manage their cost of living, while also supporting hawkers and small- to medium-sized businesses in the heartlands. Since then, the scheme has evolved to continue providing support for everyday household expenses.
As part of Budget 2025, Singaporean households will receive S$500 in Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers in May 2025, followed by an additional S$300 in January 2026 to help offset the impact of inflation and the rising cost of living.
The CDC Vouchers 2026 (Jan) vouchers will be available for redemption starting 2 January 2026 (Friday).
S$150 can be used at participating hawker stalls and retail shops in the heartlands, while the remaining S$150 can be redeemed at selected supermarkets.

Step-by-step guide to redeem CDC Vouchers
Step 1: Click on this link and select “CDC Vouchers 2026 (January)”
Step 2: Have your Singpass ready, then click “Log in with Singpass” and scan the QR code.
Step 3: Agree to share your personal and household information with the CDC Voucher Redemption system, then review and confirm the details.
Step 4: Provide your mobile number to receive the CDC vouchers and verify it with the OTP sent within 10 minutes.
If your number is already registered with SingPass, OTP verification will be skipped.
Step 5: Upon successfully claiming your CDC voucher, you will receive a unique link via SMS.
Step 6: Open the unique link and choose which voucher type you want to use: CDC Vouchers or CDC Supermarket Vouchers.
Step 7: Select the voucher you wish to use for your purchase. CDC Vouchers are available in denominations of 15 × S$2, 12 × S$5, and 6 × S$10, while CDC Supermarket Vouchers come in denominations of 15 × S$10.
Claiming CDC Vouchers without Singpass or smartphone
