What is CDC Voucher 2025 (January)?
As part of Budget 2024, Singaporean households will receive S$300 in Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers in 2025 to help ease the impact of inflation and the rising cost of living.
The vouchers will be available for redemption starting 3 January 2025 (Friday).
S$150 can be used at participating hawker stalls and retail shops in the heartlands, while the remaining S$150 can be redeemed at selected supermarkets.

Step-by-step guide to redeem CDC Vouchers
Step 1: Click on this link and select “CDC Vouchers 2025 (January)”
Step 2: Get ready with your Singpass and click “Login with Singpass” to scan the QR code.
Step 3: Agree to release your personal information to CDC Voucher Redemption, and subsequently confirm your household details (Housing Type and HDB Type are required for the 2025 request).
Step 4: Enter your mobile phone number and verify it with the OTP sent to you within 10 minutes.
Step 5: Upon successfully claiming your CDC voucher, you will receive an unique link via SMS.
Step 6: Click on the unique link and select the voucher type (CDC Vouchers or CDC Supermarket Vouchers) you would like to utilise.
Step 7: Select the available voucher to use for your purchase. CDC vouchers come in denominations of S$2, S$5 and S$10, while CDC supermarket vouchers are in denominations of S$10.
Claiming CDC Vouchers without Singpass or smartphone
For Singaporeans without Singpass or a smartphone and are unable to claim your CDC vouchers online, please visit a Community Centre (CC) or contact the People’s Association (PA) at +65 6225 5322 for assistance.
