Introduction to CDC Vouchers 2026 (June)
The Community Development Council (CDC) Vouchers Scheme was first introduced in June 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to help lower-income Singaporean households cope with living expenses while supporting hawkers and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the heartlands. Since then, the scheme has expanded and evolved to provide broader assistance with everyday household spending.
Under Budget 2026, Singaporean households were originally scheduled to receive S$500 in CDC vouchers in January 2027 to help offset the effects of inflation and rising living costs. However, on 7 April 2026, the Government announced that the disbursement would be brought forward to June 2026. The earlier payout is intended to provide more immediate relief amid cost pressures and economic uncertainty arising from the conflict in the Middle East.
Of the S$500 in vouchers, S$250 can be spent at participating hawker stalls and heartland merchants, while the remaining S$250 can be used at participating supermarkets.

Step-by-step guide to redeem CDC Vouchers
Step 1: Click on this link and select “CDC Vouchers 2026 (June)”
Step 2: Have your Singpass ready, then click “Log in with Singpass” and scan the QR code.
Step 3: Agree to share your personal and household information with the CDC Voucher Redemption system, then review and confirm the details.
Step 4: Provide your mobile number to receive the CDC vouchers and verify it with the OTP sent within 10 minutes.
If your number is already registered with SingPass, OTP verification will be skipped.
Step 5: Upon successfully claiming your CDC voucher, you will receive a unique link via SMS.
Step 6: Open the unique link and choose which voucher type you want to use: CDC Vouchers or CDC Supermarket Vouchers.
Step 7: Select the voucher you wish to use for your purchase. CDC Vouchers are available in denominations of 25 × S$2, 20 × S$5, and 10 × S$10, while CDC Supermarket Vouchers come in denominations of 25 × S$10.
Claiming CDC Vouchers without Singpass or smartphone
