Steps to check for polling station address
For Singaporeans who possess a smartphone and a SingPass account, getting to know where your assigned polling station for SPE 2023 is a breeze!
Log in to your SingPass mobile app and following the steps below:
- Under “My Profile”, tap on “ePoll Card”
- Verify your Name, Address and check your Polling Station’s Address
For those who do not own a smartphone or do not have a SingPass account, simply wait for the Elections Department to send you your “Poll Card” prior to the Polling Day. Your polling station’s address will be provided in the card.
Opening hours of the polling stations
The polling stations will open from 8:00am to 8:00pm on Polling Day, 1 September 2023 (Friday).
Steps to check for real-time queue status of polling stations on Polling Day
To avoid crowds at the polling stations on the Polling Day, it will be helpful to check the queue status before heading down. Follow the steps below to find out the real-time queue status of your polling station:

- Under “My Profile”, tap on “ePoll Card”
- Scroll down to tap on the link “Check your polling station queue”
- Check the queue status of your polling station on VoteQ
Election Department’s VoteQ Website
- Go to voteq.eld.gov.sg
- Enter your residential postal code
- Check the queue status of your polling station on VoteQ
What to bring to the polling stations on the Polling Day
Other than your “Poll Card” (or “ePoll Card” on SingPass), remember to bring along one of these approved documents to verify your identity at the polling station:
- Original NRIC or
- Digital IC on SingPass or
- Identity cards issued by the Ministry of Defence, Singapore Police Force or Singapore Civil Defence Force for uniformed personnel or
- Valid passport
