1. Call 1800-HSBC-NOW (1800-4722-669)
2. Press 8 for credit card fee waiver
3. Press 2 for late charge fee waiver or Press 3 for financial charge fee waiver
4. Press 2 if you have no other fee or charge to review, otherwise Press 1
