    River Hongbao 2025 (春到河畔 2025), a highlight of Chinese New Year (CNY) celebrations in Singapore, is set to return for 10 days from 27 January - 5 February 2025 at Gardens by the Bay (GBTB) to usher in the Year of the Snake. In keeping with tradition, visitors can take photos with the stunning God of Fortune statue at the The Meadow and marvel at the lunar new year lanterns, lights, and decorations, all themed around this year's zodiac sign, the Snake.

This year’s Chingay parade features floats inspired by Singapore’s vibrant food culture, a special SG60 showcase with 60 lion dancers and drummers to mark Singapore’s 60th birthday, and a brand-new immersive parade experience that brings the audience closer to the action than ever before.

    Chingay @ Heartlands 2025 brings the lively spirit of the Chingay Parade to Singapore’s neighbourhoods, taking place over eight evenings across the island. The festivities will roll through various locations on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 February to 2 March 2025. The procession will feature the floats from the Chinese New Year celebrations earlier, alongside performances like lion dances, LED dragon dances, Getai and live music at select stops. At certain constituencies, visitors can also enjoy snacks and receive a goodie bag.

This year's theme, "Spring Blossoms: Gallop into Prosperity", celebrates the Year of the Horse with eight life-sized horse lanterns, meticulously handcrafted by Chinese artisans using techniques that date back over a thousand years to the Tang Dynasty.
