Marina Bay Dragon Drone Show 2024 (The Legend of the Dragon Gate) will take place for 4 nights on 10, 11, 15 & 16 February 2024 in the Marina Bay precinct to celebrate the Chinese New Year (CNY). A fleet of 1500 drones will present the story of the mythical Dragon King in a 10-minute performance, filling the sky with a symphony of lights and music. Come and enjoy the lightshow to end the day out with your family and friends this CNY!
Notes:
- Originally scheduled for 6 nights, the first show on 6 February 2024 has been cancelled on the same day due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
- On 13 February 2024, the organiser announced the rescheduling of the show on the 17 February 2024 (Saturday) to 15 February 2024 (Thursday). The shows on 15 February 2024 (Thursday), 16 February 2024 (Friday) and 18 February 2024 (Sunday) have also be postponed from 8:00pm to 9:00pm “to optimise the viewing experience and to better regulate traffic flow”. The shows will be delayed till 10:00pm if there is adverse weather condition. Shows will be cancelled if bad weather continues at 10:00pm.
- On 17 February 2024, the organiser announced that the last show scheduled for 18 February 2024 will be cancelled due to “mechanical issues“. There will be no replacement show.

- Notes:
- Bring an umbrella to avoid being caught in the rain.
- Large crowd is expected at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and crowd control may be suboptimal. Visitors are recommended to watch the show from other parts of Marina Bay such as The Promontory @ Marina Bay, One Fullerton, Jubilee Bridge, Esplanade Waterfront Promenade, and Helix Bridge.
- This event is not recommended for infants in arms, toddlers in strollers, persons and elderlies requiring mobility aids, cyclists and PMD riders.
