Huayi Chinese Festival of Arts 2024

Huayi Chinese Festival of Arts 2024 (华艺节2024), the annual cultural festival held in conjunction with the Chinese New Year, is back from 16 – 25 February 2024. The 10-day event showcases works of prominent Chinese artists, locally and abroad, through a series workshops, theatre, dances, films, music performances.

Highlights of the festival this year include a Cantonese Opera performance by veterans Liza Wang 汪明荃 and Law Ka-ying 罗家英, a concert by Golden Melody award winner 金曲奖 Waa Wei 魏如萱, and a musical performance by Guangdong’s indie rock band Wu Tiao Ren 五条人.
