River Hongbao 2022 (春到河畔 2022) will be held at Gardens By the Bay for a second consecutive year from 30 January to 6 February 2022. Join the celebration with your family to usher in the Year of Tiger physically at the event or participate through various digital experiences lined up over the weeks leading up to the Chinese New Year season. Visitors are required to pre-register for a time slot before arriving at the event site due to prevailing Safe Management Measures (SMMs).

Each person is only allowed to register for one session per day, with a maximum of 5 person per booking. Online registration for the tickets will commence from 19 January 2022 (Wednesday), 11:00am onwards. Click on the link below to register your preferred time slot.
Journey through the lush flora and fauna of Gardens by the Bay and discover an enchanting line-up of giant lanterns from Chinese mythology. A total of 30 lantern sets will be featured this year, including the crowd favourite God of Fortune, and a floating lantern sited at the landmark ‘Dragonfly Lake’.
With the theme “Nian Hua: Changing Times, Unchanging Aspirations”, this year’s exhibition takes visitors on a journey through time to find out more about traditional Chinese art and painting. Be sure to have your phones ready to participate in an escape-style mini-game, simply look for QR codes next to artefacts scattered around the exhibition hall to trigger your first clue. Chope your seats for the nightly performances at the River Hongbao central stage. There will be different music, song and dance performances each night featuring the crowd-favourite Getai shows, action-packed martial arts display and performances by Singapore musical talents.
This year, River Hongbao will feature kids-friendly rides and carnival games from the Double-Story Horse Carousel to a giant Inflatable Playground, Robotic Rides, Pirate Ship and Trackless Train rides.
