HSBC is rather transparent when it comes to waiving of its credit cards’ annual fee for credit cards including Revolution, Visa Platinum, Advance, Visa Infinite, Premier Mastercard, and TravelOne.
Follow these steps:
- Call 1800-HSBC-NOW (1800-4722-669)
- Press 8 for credit card fee waiver
- Press 1 for membership fee waiver
- Press 2 if you have no other fee or charge to review, otherwise Press 1
- Enter your 16-digit credit card number
You will receive a SMS from HSBC-RETAIL within 2 weeks once your credit card waiver request is approved. You will see the reversal in your next statement.
