What are the requirements?
- You need to be a transit or transfer passenger at Changi Airport.
- Your layover period is at least 5.5 hours but less than 24 hours.
- As the tour itinerary only runs from 10:00am to 9:30pm, your flight schedule will need to fit with the tour timings.
How to pre-book the Free Singapore Tour?
Changi Precinct Tour
- Tour timing: 10:00am – 12:30pm
- You arrival to Singapore must be before 8:30am and your departure from Singapore must be after 2:30pm.

City Sights Tour
- Session 1:
- Tour timing: 12:00am – 2:30pm
- You arrival to Singapore must be before 10:45am and your departure from Singapore must be after 4:30pm.
- Session 2:
- Tour timing: 4:00pm – 6:30pm
- You arrival to Singapore must be before 2:30pm and your departure from Singapore must be after 8:30pm.
- Session 3:
- Tour timing: 7:00pm – 9:30pm
- You arrival to Singapore must be before 5:30pm and your departure from Singapore must be after 11:30pm.

Heritage Tour
- Session 1:
- Tour timing: 1:00pm – 3:30pm
- You arrival to Singapore must be before 11:30am and your departure from Singapore must be after 5:30pm.
- Session 2:
- Tour timing: 6:00pm – 8:30pm
- You arrival to Singapore must be before 4:30pm and your departure from Singapore must be after 10:30pm.

If you forgot to pre-book, you can visit the following Free Singapore Tours booths at least 90 minutes before each of the tour timing to register, subject to seats availability. Do not clear immigration as these booths are located within the transit area. All participants of the tour will clear immigration as a group.
- Terminal 2 transit, Near Skytain to Terminal 3, Gate F50
- Terminal 3 transit, Near Transfer Lounge A, Gate A1-A8
- Opening hours: 7:00am – 1:00pm
Things to do before departure and on arrival
- Pre-book one of the tours with your passport details, flight details and correct number of pax before your flight.
- Fill in the Singapore Arrival Card within 3 days before your arrival at Changi Airport.
- On arrival, proceed to the Free Singapore Tour booths at Terminal 2 transit area and Terminal 3 transit area at least 90 minutes before the start of tour with your passport, boarding passes, valid entry visa (not required for eligible nationalities with visa-free entry into Singapore) and tour booking confirmation.
- If you have bulky hand-carry luggage, deposit them at the baggage storage before proceeding to the booths. Storage rates start from 6 Singapore Dollars.
- You will clear immigration as a group.
