Where can I get a refund for Kopitiam card?
Kopitiam, the coffeeshop and food court operator owned by NTUC with over 90 outlets in Singapore, has announced that their physical stored value card ‘Kopitiam Card’ will be discontinued from 1 March 2023.
The card will be replaced by the NTUC Fairprice mobile app, allowing customers to purchase food, earn NTUC Linkpoints, and still receive a 10% discount at Kopitiam outlets. In addition to making payments at Kopitiam, the Fairprice app can also be utilised at Fairprice supermarkets, Unity pharmacies, and other NTUC-affiliated brands.

What will happen to Kopitiam card from 1 March 2023?
Kopitiam cardholders will no longer have the option to top up their cards at kiosks from 1 March 2023. However, the cards may still be used for purchases at all Kopitiam outlets until 30 June 2023.
If you have minimal remaining credits, the simplest solution would be to continue using the card until it is fully depleted.
How can I transfer value in Kopitiam card to NTUC Fairprice app?
Starting 1 March 2023, the remaining balance on Kopitiam cards can be transferred to the Fairprice app in the form of NTUC LinkPoints at 49 Kopitiam outlets below:

Steps to convert Kopitiam card stored value to NTUC LinkPoints on FairPrice app

If you don’t already have the Fairprice app, follow these steps to set up your account:
- Download the Fairprice app here
- Create your account through the app
- Connect to your NTUC Link Membership (if applicable)
- Add your preferred payment method
In the event that you need help with transferring the stored value in your Kopitiam card to the app, you may visit one of the 15 outlets where refund requests are processed. Apart from issuing cash refunds to customers at these locations, Fairprice Group will be deploying 80 digital buddies to assist customers in transitioning to the new payment platform.
How and where can I get a refund of the balance value in the Kopitiam card?
Refunds for the remaining balance value on Kopitiam cards can be obtained in-person at 15 Kopitiam outlets across the island from 1 March 2023 to 30 June 2023.
