How do I redeem NTUC FairPrice Vouchers?
Physical Vouchers
You will need to present the vouchers to the cashiers as you checkout at the stores. It cannot be used at the self checkout counters or through the “Scan & Go” app.
E-Vouchers
- Visit the URL of your e-Voucher using your mobile phone to generate a QR code
- Cashier : Present the QR code to the cashier
- Self-checkout counter :
- After scanning the items, tap “Next”
- Choose whether you like to earn Linkpoints and pay using Fairprice App, or if you have any of the listed Membership card. Otherwise, tap “Next”
- Select “All Other Payments” in the payment type screen
- Select “Partner Voucher / FP eVoucher”
- Use the handheld scanner to scan the QR code of your e-Voucher
- Proceed to complete the checkout process
- FairPrice Online / FairPrice App : Copy the Voucher Code below the QR code and paste it onto the checkout page (Tip: It can be used concurrently with other discount promo code.)
- Upon successful redemption, refresh the page and the new balance value will be reflected
What are the Excluded Products for NTUC vouchers redemption?
Lottery products, petrol, diesel cannot be purchased using the vouchers. They can be used for all other products unless explicitly stated on the voucher.
Where can I buy NTUC FairPrice Vouchers?
Physical Vouchers
- Below S$5,000 : You may purchase them from any of the NTUC FairPrice supermarket, Finest and Xtra stores.
- S$5,000 & above : You may make your order through this form.
E-Vouchers
Individual Customers
From September 2022, individuals can now buy the e-Gift Vouchers online via the Fairprice’s gift website or FairPrice’s app.
- Fairprice Gift Website: Proceed to https://www.gift.fairprice.com.sg/
- FairPrice App: Tap on ‘Rewards’ tab on the home screen, then tap on ‘Send E-Gift Vouchers’
Customers can choose to send e-Vouchers with value between S$5 to S$100 each to multiple recipients via e-mail or SMS. The e-Vouchers will be valid for 1 year from the issue date. Payment for the vouchers can be made via credit card or debit card.
For those who do not own a debit or credit card, you may opt to make the payment through bank transfer by completing this form instead.
Corporate Customers
Corporate customers who are keen on buying the e-Vouchers, you will need to complete this form to initiate the process. Do note that there is a minimum order value of S$1,000.
