Yellow Ribbon Run

Yellow Ribbon Prison Run 2024, the annual race dedicated to supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of ex-offenders into society, is making a return this year on 1 September 2024. This year’s event features three race categories: 10km, 5km, and a kids’ dash. Runners of all ages are invited to take part. Apart from the race, both runners and supporters can immerse themselves in the carnival atmosphere with live performances, engaging games, activities and food stalls.
Yellow Ribbon Prison Run 2023, the annual community race to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of ex-offenders into society, will flag off along Farnborough Road in Changi Village on Sunday, 24 September 2023. Apart from the 6km and 10km runs tracing along the rustic Changi neighbourhood, a carnival at the finishing point awaits participants with loads of great food, live performances, games and activities.
Yellow Ribbon Race 2022, formerly known as Yellow Ribbon Prison Run, is returning this year in a hybrid format. The virtual race will be held from 1 - 30 September 2022, while the physical segment will take place on 25 September 2022 at Changi Prison Complex.
The Yellow Ribbon Run is a key event of the Yellow Ribbon Project, a national campaign aimed at giving ex-offenders a second chance in life. This year, the run is back after a year-long hiatus with a virtual edition to showcase that community support transcends physical boundaries.
