SMHFF

Singapore Mental Health Film Festival 2022 (SMHFF 2022), the third edition of the annual event to promote mental health awareness, is back from 4 - 13 November 2022 at Leisure Park Kallang. Apart from a roadshow featuring metal health programmes by over 10 charities at the atrium, 7 international and 10 short films produced by local students exploring different perspectives on mental health will be aired at Filmgarde cinema during this period. A panel discussion led by psychologies and counsellers will follow in selected international films to highlight the importance of managing our emotions and manage discomforts on talking about the subject.
The Singapore Mental Health Film Festival returns on 22 May - 30 May 2021! SMHFF 2021 will be a hybrid Festival with physical screenings at National Gallery Singapore and online streaming! Through a series of films, panel discussions, and workshops, SMHFF 2021 provides a platform for parents, educators, and medical and social support professionals to learn more about mental health. Because it is only through managing our emotions and discomfort when talking about mental health can we take meaningful steps to support the mental health of our children and youths.
