Singapore Mental Health Film Festival 2022

Singapore Mental Health Film Festival 2022 (SMHFF 2022), the third edition of the annual event to promote mental health awareness, is back from 4 – 13 November 2022 at Leisure Park Kallang. Apart from a roadshow featuring metal health programmes by over 10 charities at the atrium, 7 international and 10 short films produced by local students exploring different perspectives on mental health will be aired at Filmgarde cinema during this period. A panel discussion led by psychologies and counsellers will follow in selected international films to highlight the importance of managing our emotions and manage discomforts on talking about the subject.
