The Singapore Mental Health Film Festival returns on 22 May - 30 May 2021! SMHFF 2021 will be a hybrid Festival with physical screenings at National Gallery Singapore and online streaming! Through a series of films, panel discussions, and workshops, SMHFF 2021 provides a platform for parents, educators, and medical and social support professionals to learn more about mental health. Because it is only through managing our emotions and discomfort when talking about mental health can we take meaningful steps to support the mental health of our children and youths.
