Getai Night 881

Getai Night 15th Anniversary is a performance to commemorate the screening of one of the top grossing Singaporean films in 2000s, 881. Directed by Royston Tan, the film was nominated for Golden Horse Award, and was screened in Busan International Film Festival and World Film Festival of Bangkok. It features Singapore's local culture, Getai, which is a song-and-dance performance during the Hungry Ghost Festival every year. The concert will be held on 19 August 2022 in hybrid format, with in-person performance at Ho Bee Concourse at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) from 8pm to 9pm, and live streaming on Facebook & Tiktok from 8:30pm to 9:30pm.
