Geylang Serai Hari Raya Celebrations 2024 (Semangat Raya 2024) will be held from 8 March – 10 April 2024 at Wisma Geylang Serai (WGS). Other than taking photos with the Hari Raya lightings and exploring the 500-stall festive bazaar in the precinct, visitors can look forward to participating in a diverse range of activities during this period. These include celebrity appearances, cultural performances, motivational talks, cooking demonstrations, live podcasts and DIY handicraft activities.
Note: While activities will end on the early hours of 10 April 2024, the nightly Hari Raya lightup will last until 8 May 2024 (about one month after the festival).

(7:45pm – 9:30pm) Geylang Serai Hari Raya Light-up Ceremony 2024 officiated by President Tharman Shanmugaratnam. It will be followed by a drone show, cultural performances and appearances by renowned artistes. Limited seats are available for the public at this event.

Daily entertainment including artistes and cultural performances, motivational talks, cooking demos, live podcasts.
Every Friday – Sunday during this period, visitors to WGS can also participate in DIY handicraft activities.
8 March – 9 April 2024
(10:00am – 11:59pm) Bazaar Raya Geylang Serai 2024. 500-stalls with a mix of food and retail stalls. Each F&B stall will offer 2 items that are priced at S$3 each. The event is extended to 6:00am on 10 April 2024.
8 March – 8 May 2024
(7:00pm – 12:00am) Hari Raya decorations and lightings in the vicinity will be switched on every evening during this period.
