Boon Lay Countdown 2024 / 2025 is returning to the hardcourt near Boon Lay CC this New Year's Eve! With the theme "Be the Spark, A New Start", the event's highlight will be a Singapore Book of Records attempt featuring 3,000 LED clappers, which will light up in sync with the fireworks display at midnight. Leading up to the countdown, attendees can enjoy a variety of activities across four distinct zones: Family Zone, Friend Zone, Cultural Zone and Spark Zone, offering residents the chance to engage in diverse activities.
Somerset Countdown 2024 / 2025 is set to be an exciting New Year's Eve celebration for all ages along Orchard Road, near *Scape, just steps from Somerset MRT station. This event will feature three engaging activities happening simultaneously at different venues in the area. Geylang Serai Extravaganza 4, the fourth edition of the popular halal food fair, will take place from 27 December 2024, through to the early hours of 2025 at Wisma Geylang Serai, bringing a festive countdown celebration to Singapore's vibrant Malay enclave. With the theme , this 5-day year-end carnival will feature a bustling food bazaar with a variety of delectable halal Malay dishes and snacks, live music performances and plenty of laughs from Malaysian comedians Ajak Shiro and Atu Zero. Woodlands Countdown Party 2024 / 2025, a New Year street party in northern Singapore, will take place on 31 December 2024 at the open spaces and streets around Spectra Secondary School along Woodlands Drive 64. Hougang Countdown Party 2024 / 2025, a New Year celebration for Aljunied GRC & Hougang SMC, will take place at the open field next to Hougang Mall on 31 December 2024. Partygoers can savour popular Singaporean snacks at the pasar malam held alongside the event, while enjoying cultural performances by a Bharatanatyam dance troupe and contemporary acts featuring YES933 DJ Kun Hua 坤华, actresses Karyn Wong 黄诗敏 and Ya Hui 许雅慧, as well as singer Rahila Rashun.
Bedok Countdown Party 2024 / 2025 (Illuminate 2025), a New Year’s Eve celebration for East Coast GRC, will take place at Bedok Stadium on 31 December 2024. Before the breathtaking fireworks display illuminates Bedok Town Centre to welcome 2025, the carnival will offer a range of exciting activities leading up to the grand finale. These include live performances by popular local artistes such as actor Shane Pow 包勋评 and Getai star Lee Pei Fen 李佩芬, delicious food, carnival games, and a community art project led by graffiti artist Zero. Bishan Countdown Party 2024 / 2025, the annual Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC's & Marymount SMC's New Year celebration, is making a comeback on 31 December 2024 at Bishan Active Park. Starting at 5pm, attendees can enjoy movie screenings, savour free snacks and hot food from food trucks, take part in game booths, watch a kids' wushu demonstration and enjoy live performances by local artists, including Tay Kexin (Kex) 郑可心, the Soprano from the renowned Singapore A cappella group, MICappella, and former UFM100.3 DJ Yan Wei Xiao Er 彦维小二.
