Steps to check for polling station address
For Singaporeans with a smartphone and a SingPass account, finding your assigned polling station for GE2025 is quick and easy!
Log in to your SingPass mobile app and follow the steps below:
- Under “My Profile”, tap “ePoll Card”. Alternatively, tap on “View all” to find “ePoll Card” in the menu.
- Verify your Name, Address and check your Polling Station’s Address
If you don’t have a smartphone or a SingPass account, simply refer to the Poll Card that the Elections Department will send to your registered residential address before Polling Day. It will clearly state your assigned polling station and its address.

Polling stations will be open from 8:00am to 8:00pm on Polling Day, 3 May 2025 (Saturday).
Steps to check for real-time queue status of polling stations on Polling Day
To avoid crowds on Polling Day, check the real-time queue status of your polling station before heading out. Just follow the steps below to stay informed and plan your visit wisely:

- Under “My Profile”, tap “ePoll Card”. Alternatively, tap on “View all” to find “ePoll Card” in the menu.
- Scroll down to tap on the link “Check your polling station queue”
- Check the queue status of your polling station on VoteQ
Election Department’s VoteQ Website
- Go to voteq.eld.gov.sg (Available from 8:00am on Polling Day, 3 May 2025)
- Enter your residential postal code
- Check the queue status of your polling station on VoteQ
What to bring to the polling stations on the Polling Day
Other than your “Poll Card” (or “ePoll Card” on SingPass), remember to bring along one of these approved documents to verify your identity at the polling station:
- Original NRIC or
- Digital IC on SingPass or
- Valid passport
What are the voting procedures on Polling Day?
On Polling Day, go to your designated polling station and follow the steps below to cast your vote.
- Electronic Registration – Bring your original or digital NRIC on SingPass, or a valid passport, along with your poll card or ePoll card to the polling station. Present them to the election official.
- Queue behind the yellow line to receive your ballot paper.
- Receive your ballot paper from the election official.
- Proceed to the voting booth and use the self-inking stamp provided to mark an “X” in the box next to your chosen candidate. Ensure the mark is made clearly within the box for your vote to be valid.
- Fold your ballot paper in half and place it into the ballot box before exiting the polling station.
