Kampong Charity Run 2025, a 2.5km community run in support of the Drug Free SG campaign, will kick off on 15 February 2025 from Kampong Glam CC.
Runners will pass picturesque landmarks in the Kampong Glam district, enjoy the morning breeze along the Rochor River, and finish the race at the iconic Sultan Mosque.
Serving as a prelude to the Kampong Glam Ramadan Bazaar, which begins just four days after the run, the event aims to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle while fostering a sense of community and compassion. All proceeds from the run will be donated to support the beneficiaries of the Mass Iftar event.
Programme / Event Schedule
- (6:00am) Registration & race pack collection
- (6:30pm) Speech on Drug Free SG by Guest-of-Honour, Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim
- (6:45am) Route and safety briefing
- (7:00am) Race flag-off
- (8:30am) End of race at Bussorah Mall in front of Sultan Mosque
- (9:00am) Ending speech by Guest-of-Honour & photo-taking session
