BYD Singapore International Marathon 2026

BYD Singapore International Marathon 2026, formerly known as the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (SCSM), returns from 4 – 6 December 2026, ushering in a new era with its first title sponsor change in 22 years.

This year also ushers in a change in its organiser, with SG International Marathon taking over from IRONMAN Asia, who had organised Southeast Asia’s only World Athletics Gold Label race for the past decade. To enhance runner experience and prioritise participant welfare, the event will be capped at 52,000 runners.

Participants can choose from a variety of race categories, including the 42.195km full marathon, available for both individual runners and teams of four in the Crew Challenge, as well as the 21.1km half marathon, 10km run and 5km run. These races will flag off at the F1 Pit Building and finish at the National Stadium, The Kallang.

The event will also feature three dedicated children’s races, which will take place at the Great Eastern Promenade at The Kallang.

Seasoned marathoners and casual runners, are you ready to take on this refreshed race experience, featuring a new title sponsor, new organiser and a scenic route through Singapore’s iconic landmarks?
